Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated August 2026

Beta template — pending legal review. This document is written in plain language for the Full Volume founding beta. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before general availability.

Appointment cancellations

Each shop sets its own cancellation window in its booking policy, and that policy is shown to clients before they confirm. Full Volume does not override a shop's policy.

Clients should cancel through the shop directly, or by replying to their confirmation. Shops can cancel or mark a no-show from their dashboard.

Deposits and client payments

During the founding beta, Full Volume does not take payment from booking clients. Deposits and card-on-file will only become available once a shop connects a verified payment processor. Until then, all payment is handled in person by the shop.

No-shows

Shops may record a no-show against a client record and may charge a no-show fee in person if their published policy says so. Full Volume records the event; it does not collect the fee.

Subscription refunds

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid month; we do not pro-rate partial months. Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days.

Founding beta shops are not charged, so there is nothing to refund during the beta.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fullvolume.app from the account owner's address with your shop name.
