Terms of Service

Full Volume gives your shop booking, scheduling and client tools. You own your business data. We keep the service running and secure. Either side can end the arrangement.

Full Volume is currently invite-only. Features may change, and we may contact founding shops for feedback. We aim for high reliability but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee during the beta.

Keep your login credentials private, give staff only the access level they need, and make sure the client information you enter was collected lawfully. You are responsible for the services, pricing and policies you publish on your booking page.

Paid plans are Solo Chair ($20/month or $204/year), Shop Pro ($50/month or $510/year) and Multi-Chair ($100/month or $1,020/year). Payments are processed by Stripe. Founding beta shops are not charged until billing is activated on their account and they confirm a plan.

No unlawful content, no attempts to access another shop's data, no automated abuse of the booking endpoints. We may suspend accounts that put other shops or their clients at risk.

You can stop using Full Volume at any time and export or request deletion of your data. We may end an account for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Full Volume is provided as-is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
