What we collect

For shop owners and staff: your name, email address, and the shop details you enter (business name, address, hours, services, pricing).

For booking clients: the name, phone number and optional email you provide when you book, plus the appointment details and any notes your shop records about your visit.

How we use it

To run bookings, walk-in queues, reminders and reporting for the shop you booked with. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client contact details for our own marketing.

Who can see your data

Client records belong to the shop that created them. Full Volume enforces tenant isolation at the database level: one shop can never read or change another shop's clients, appointments, staff or notes.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database and authentication. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe — Full Volume never stores card numbers. Email and SMS delivery, when enabled, is handled by a messaging provider.

Retention and deletion

Shops can delete client records at any time. If a shop closes its Full Volume account, we delete or anonymise its data within 30 days of a written request.

Your choices

Email hello@fullvolume.app to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Booking clients should contact their shop first, since the shop controls its own records.
